1998-99 Dany Heatley of the Calgary Canucks was the Source For Sports Cup winner in 1998-99.

Alberta Junior Hockey League scoring champion and outstanding rookie Heatley led the overall league standings for the trophy with 355 points.

Fifteen points were awarded to the first star, 10 points were awarded to the second star and five points were awarded to the third star after every regular-season game.

Don Phelps of the Calgary Canucks is the Alberta Junior Hockey League career wins leader among active coaches with a 717 win, 417 loss 81 T/OT loss record.
